These cameras were produced by factory "KMZ" (Krasnogorsk) since 1981 up to 1982 and by factory "BeLOMO" (Belarus) since 1982.

This camera has two types:
1) With automatic diaphragm
2) With manual diaphragm
Zenit-ET cameras were produced in few modifications:
With and without eyes for a shoulder strap
With metal(black or white) and plastic(black or gray) top part
With and without(rare type) light meter
Lenses: Series Helios-44 (2/58mm) with manual diaphragm, series Helios-44M (2/58mm)
with automatic diaphragm

Adjustable shutter speeds - 1/30, 1/60, 1/125, 1/250, 1/500 of a second and "B".
Different types:
1. With gray plastic top, automatic diaphragm and with eyes for a shoulder strap
2. With black plastic top, automatic diaphragm, with eyes for a shoulder strap, WITHOUT lightmeter
3. With plastic black top, automatic diaphragm and with eyes for a shoulder strap
4. With white metal top, automatic diaphragm and without eyes for a shoulder strap
5. With white top, manual diaphragm and with eyes for a shoulder strap
6. With black metal top, manual diaphragm and without eyes for a shoulder strap
